
Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following two conditions:
Unopened & Sealed Products: Items must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging with all factory seals intact. Once a product box is unsealed or the plastic wrap is removed, it is no longer eligible for a "change of mind" return.
Defective Items (DOA): If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or is "Dead on Arrival," it will be eligible for a return or exchange following a technical inspection by our team.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Any product that has been opened, installed, or mounted.
Items with missing serial numbers, cables, or accessories.
Damage caused by improper installation, power surges (very common in Lebanon), or physical mishandling.
3. Return Period
Customers must notify us of a return request within 3 days of the delivery or pickup date.
4. Inspection Process
All returned items will undergo a technical evaluation by our IT specialists to verify the condition of the seal or the reported defect before a refund or exchange is processed.
