Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following two conditions:

  • Unopened & Sealed Products: Items must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging with all factory seals intact. Once a product box is unsealed or the plastic wrap is removed, it is no longer eligible for a "change of mind" return.

  • Defective Items (DOA): If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or is "Dead on Arrival," it will be eligible for a return or exchange following a technical inspection by our team.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Any product that has been opened, installed, or mounted.

  • Items with missing serial numbers, cables, or accessories.

  • Damage caused by improper installation, power surges (very common in Lebanon), or physical mishandling.

3. Return Period

Customers must notify us of a return request within 3 days of the delivery or pickup date.

4. Inspection Process

All returned items will undergo a technical evaluation by our IT specialists to verify the condition of the seal or the reported defect before a refund or exchange is processed.
